Anonymous asked: Breaks up advice? I'm thoroughly depressed and think I need a psychologist, but I want as much advice as I can get from others before I do that.
Well I heard the good thing is you admit you are depressed and you are willing to do what you can to come out of it.
I have been there before but I was so lost in it, I didn’t want to admit it or face it. I can’t remember how I exactly recovered but I certainly have to say a lot of it was because of my Mum and my good friend Audrey who knew what I was going through. - Don’t feel embarrassed to tell your closest friend/family. It WILL help. Even if they cant do anything, sharing what you feel will take off some of the weight.
I do think time is a big healer… Eventually, You become so drained from being sad that you end up feeling nothing and all you can do then is look for the light at the end of the tunnel.
Do what used to make you happy, even though you don’t feel like it! You will become your old self again in no time!
Good luck!!!!!! <3 <3
